Handwise provides educational poker hand review. Some analysis is solver-backed, and some is practical review generated by software logic. It is not professional coaching, financial advice, or a guarantee of poker results.

1. Acceptance

By using Handwise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Handwise is a desktop poker hand review and replay product with a supporting website for licensing, purchases, updates, and support. The product may include solver-backed analysis on supported spots and practical review elsewhere.

3. Educational Use Only

Handwise is provided for educational and informational use only. We do not provide professional poker coaching, gambling advice, or financial advice. Analysis may be incomplete, imperfect, or unsuitable for a particular situation.

4. Gambling Responsibility

Poker involves financial risk. You are responsible for your own decisions, bankroll management, and compliance with the laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Licenses and Purchases

  • Handwise licenses are sold as one-time purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Each license key may be activated on up to two devices unless we specify a different limit.
  • License delivery may be automatic or manual depending on the purchase flow.
  • Prices may change at any time for future purchases.
  • Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the product or website.
  • Do not share license keys in ways that violate the intended license limits.
